to keep your Leavenly Sourdough Pasta fresh and delicious, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. once opened, make sure to seal the package tightly or transfer the pasta to an airtight container. our pasta is best enjoyed within a few months of purchase, but we're sure it won't last that long! it is good for up to a year!
